    Abstract:

Abstract:Trans boundary aquifers, as an important integral part of global groundwater resources, have great significance for managing the valuable water resources shared by adjacent countries and building a harmonious world. With the help of departments and organizations concerned and on the basis of the demarcaton of trans-boundary aquifers in Asia, the authors undertook research on trans boundary aquifers across the boundary of China and selected the Middle Heilongjiang-Amur River Basin shared by China and Russian to carry out a case study. This case study, as the first case study of the Internationally Shared Resource Aquifer Management (ISRAM)-Asia, will promote the implementation of the ISRAM-Asia program headed by China.
