    国内外膨润土地质特征、分布、矿床成因、开发应用及找矿前景分析

    Geological characteristics, distribution, deposit genesis, development applications and prospecting potential of bentonite domestically and abroad

      研究目的 膨润土是一种以蒙脱石为主要成分的硅酸盐类矿物,因其优异的性质广泛应用于工业废水处理、土壤改良、铁矿球团粘结、生物医疗和3D打印等领域。中国是膨润土消费大国,面对膨润土资源需求的日益增长,总结以往研究、合理利用开发膨润土资源、启示找矿方向尤为重要。
      研究方法 通过搜集公开发表的膨润土资料,对世界膨润土矿床的产量及分布、矿床成因、成矿特征以及找矿前景等进行系统总结。
      研究结果 全球膨润土总储量约为70亿t,全球膨润土主要分布在环太平洋矿带、印度洋矿带和地中海—黑海矿带上,国内分布在22个矿集区内,储量共约1.72亿t。膨润土矿主要成因类型为火山沉积型、风化残积型和热液蚀变型,典型矿床有美国怀俄明膨润土矿床、新疆托克逊柯尔碱膨润土矿床、俄罗斯第十胡托尔矿床和阿根廷北巴塔哥尼亚膨润土矿床。中生代和新生代火山物质分布的封闭或者半封闭水体环境为膨润土提供了重要的形成条件。
      结论 美国怀俄明州和蒙大拿州的海相盆地、地中海沿岸浅海区、俄罗斯切尔诺戈尔斯基盆地可以作为世界膨润土找矿区域,中国东北地区、江浙一带、湖北梁子湖地区、新疆天山一带的膨润土矿集区可以作为国内膨润土的找矿远景区。为满足膨润土日益增长的需求,建议在重点地区有针对性的加强找矿工作、做好优质矿床的预测、产品转型升级、提高膨润土利用率、减少资源浪费。

       

      Abstract:
      This paper is the result of geological survey engineering.
      Objective Bentonite is a silicate mineral with montmorillonite as the main component, widely used in industrial wastewater treatment, soil improvement, iron ore pellet bonding, biomedical and 3D printing and other fields due to its excellent properties. China is a large consumer of bentonite, in the face of the growing demand for bentonite resources, summarize the past research, rational use of bentonite resources, revelation of the direction of the search for minerals is particularly important.
      Methods By collecting publicly published bentonite data, we systematically summarize the production and distribution of bentonite deposits in the world, the genesis of the deposits, the characteristics of mineralization, and the prospect of finding minerals.
      Results The total global bentonite reserves of about 7 billion t, the global bentonite is mainly distributed in the Pacific Rim mining belt, the Indian Ocean mining belt and the Mediterranean Sea−Black Sea mining belt, the main distribution of domestic in the 22 mining areas, reserves a total of about 172 million t. Bentonite mine main genesis type for the volcanic sedimentary, weathering residual deposits and hydrothermal alteration, the typical deposits of the United States of America Wyoming bentonite deposits, Xinjiang Toxon Ker alkali bentonite deposits, Russia's tenth Huttol deposits and Argentina's northern Patagonia bentonite deposits. Typical deposits are Wyoming bentonite deposits in the United States, Xinjiang Tokon Ker alkali bentonite deposits, Russia's tenth Hutol deposits and Argentina's northern Patagonia bentonite deposits. Mesozoic and Cenozoic volcanic material distribution of closed or semi-closed water environment for bentonite provides important formation conditions.
      Conclusions The sea basin in Wyoming and Montana of USA, the Mediterranean coastal shallow sea area, Chernogorsky Basin in Russia can be used as the world bentonite mining region. China's northeastern region, Jiangsu and Zhejiang, Hubei, Liangzi Lake area, Xinjiang, Tianshan area of bentonite ore concentration can be used as bentonite ore prospecting area in China. In order to meet the growing demand for bentonite, it is recommended that in key areas targeted to strengthen the search for minerals, do a good job in the prediction of high−quality deposits, product transformation and upgrading, improve the utilization rate of bentonite, reduce the waste of resources.
