    面向生态功能区划的黄河源区生态保护重要性评价

    Evaluation of the importance of ecological protection in the source area of the Yellow River for ecological function regionalization

      研究目的 黄河源区作为国家生态屏障和“中华水塔”的重要组成部分,其生态环境质量的变化紧密影响着黄河流域高质量发展进程。探究黄河源区生态保护重要性及生态功能区划,能有效支撑黄河源区优化生态保护策略,保障和维护生态安全。
      研究方法 基于多要素分析的生态保护重要性评估方法和“资源环境承载能力和国土空间开发适宜性评价”(双评价)要求,结合黄河源区生态环境特征和主要生态问题,综合分析生态服务功能重要性和生态脆弱性,评价生态保护重要性并提出生态区划及保护建议。
      研究结果 生态系统服务功能极重要区和重要区分别占黄河源区总面积的35.99%和52.30%,以生物多样性维护功能和水源涵养功能为主,主要分布在源区南部玛曲县、久治县和红原县;生态极脆弱区占黄河源区总面积的2.25%,共和县、贵南县和玛多县分布较多,冻融侵蚀和荒漠化是主要的生态问题。生态保护极重要区和重要区占比分别为37.68%和55.80%。根据生态保护重要性评价结果划分了生态功能分区11个,提出了针对重要性区域的保护修复对策。
      结论 黄河源区生态系统服务功能整体十分重要,局部脆弱区生态问题突出,93.48%的区域为生态保护极重要区和重要区,生态保护重要性高,对生态脆弱区因地制宜修复治理、生态功能重要区持续保护是促进黄河源区生态系统稳定、维护生态安全的重要举措。

       

      Abstract:
      This paper is the result of environmental geological survey engineering.
      Objective The source area of the Yellow River is an important part of the national ecological barrier and the “water tower of China”, and the change of its ecological environment quality closely affects the high−quality development process of the Yellow River basin. Exploring the importance of ecological protection and ecological function zoning in the source area of the Yellow River can effectively support the optimization of ecological protection strategies in the source area of the Yellow River and ensure and maintain ecological security.
      Methods Based on the evaluation method of ecological protection importance based on multi-factor analysis and the requirements of "resource and environment carrying capacity and suitability evaluation of territorial space development" (dual evaluation), combined with the ecological environment characteristics and main ecological problems of the source area of the Yellow River, the importance of ecological service functions and ecological vulnerability were comprehensively analyzed, the importance of ecological protection of the source area of the Yellow River was evaluated, and ecological regionalization and protection suggestions were put forward.
      Results The extremely important ecosystem service areas and the important ecosystem service areas account for 35.99% and 52.30% of the total area of the Yellow River source region, respectively, and are mainly distributed in Maqu County, Jiuzhi County and Hongyuan County in the southern part of the source region. The extremely fragile ecological areas account for 2.25% of the total area of the source area of the Yellow River, and Gonghe County, Guinan County and Maduo County are more distributed, and freeze-thaw erosion and desertification are the main ecological problems. The proportion of extremely important areas and important areas for ecological protection are 37.68% and 55.80%, respectively. According to the evaluation results of ecological conservation importance, 11 ecological function zones were divided, and the protection and restoration countermeasures were put forward.
      Conclusions The ecosystem service function of the Yellow River Source region is very important as a whole, and the ecological problems in some vulnerable areas are prominent. 93.48% of the areas are extremely important and important areas for ecological protection, and the importance of ecological protection is high. The restoration and management of the ecologically vulnerable areas according to local conditions and the continuous protection of the ecologically important areas are important measures to promote the stability of the ecosystem and maintain ecological security in the Yellow River source region.
