Distribution characteristics of REE in quality navel orange fruit and leaf in Xinfeng County, Jiangxi

Abstract：On the basis of the 1∶50,000 agro-geological survey of the Xinfeng County Sheet, the neutron activation analysis was used to analyze eight rare earth elements (REE) (La, Ce, Nd, Sm, Eu, Tb, Yb and Lu) in fruit and leaf samples of three navel orange varieties from Anxi, Datang, Xiniu and Tongyi. This paper deals with the abundances, distribution patterns and manikin absorption of REE in navel orange fruit and leaf and their soils and parent rocks and discusses the relationship between REE and the quality of navel orange.
